Background:

Moving employees from one company to another company within the same organization would require Inter-Company Transfer action.

How to:

  1. Log in as administrator
  2. Terminate the employee in the current company with the reason of leaving as Transfer. Go to Personnel -> Manage Employee -> Employee -> Click on the employee’s name -> Add the date left and reason for leaving -> click Save  
  3. Transfer the employee to the new company, Go to Personnel -> Manage Employee -> Click Inter-Company Staff Transfer
  4. Fill up the necessary information

  • System Administrator
