Background:

When an employee submits a leave that requires an attachment or claim. There may be instances when the attachment is incorrect, cannot be opened due to the attachment being the wrong format or the employee may or may not have submitted all the attachments. Attachment in claims can be removed but an administrator is unable to upload the file again. While attachments in leave cannot be removed but an administrator is able to assist the employee to upload a new file.

How to:

Claims

  1. Login as administrator 
  2. Claims -> Manage Trans. -> Claims Trans. 
  3. Type in the employee name or ID 
  4. Select the Claim period in the drop downs provided 
  5. Click Search
  6. Claims transactions for the following employee will appear
  7. Search for the claim and click on details 
  8. The details will be shown as well as the attachment 
  9. Click Remove -> A pop up will appear -> Click ok -> Attachment is now removed
  10. Please note that once the attachment is removed by the administrator only the employee will be able to upload a new attachment

Leave

  1. Login as administrator 
  2. Leave -> Manage Trans. -> Leave Trans. 
  3. Type in the employee name or ID 
  4. Select the period in the drop downs provided 
  5. Click Search
  6. Leave transactions for the following employee will appear
  7. Search for the leave and click on view
  8. The details will be shown as well as the attachment
  9. Click choose file and select the file to be uploaded -> Click Save Attach File 
  10. Please note that the file will not be removable by the employee or administrator. To submit the correct attachment, please cancel the leave and get the employee to submit the leave application again with the correct attachment.
