How can Administrator amend Claims transaction on behalf of employee?

The administrator has access to amend employee’s claim application’s details
- Log in as administrator
- Go to Claim -> Manage Trans. -> Claim Trans -> you may search by employee name/ID, claim form number, claim status -> click Search
- Click the Details button at the claim transaction to open the claim
- Click the View button at the claim transaction.
- At the claim details, click Amend button.
- System will, display the claim status entry. Click on the Item date. Claim entry will be displayed -> make the amended -> click Save
- Claim Administrator
- System Administrator
