The administrator has access to amend employee’s claim application’s details

How to:

  1. Log in as administrator
  2. Go to Claim -> Manage Trans. -> Claim Trans -> you may search by employee name/ID, claim form number, claim status -> click Search
  3. Click the Details button at the claim transaction to open the claim 

  1. Click the View button at the claim transaction.

  1. At the claim details, click Amend button.

  1. System will, display the claim status entry. Click on the Item date. Claim entry will be displayed -> make the amended -> click Save
