Symptoms:
When you open an attachment in Leave/Claims application, the content is unreadable.
Cause:
There is more than 1 dot (.) in the file name and it causes the file extension cannot be recognized. For example: receipt.jan.2019.PDF
Resolution:
Rename the file by removing the extra dot. The file should only contains 1 dot before the file extension. File extension that allows to upload into AG system:
- doc, docx
- xls, xlsx
- txt
- png, gif, jpg, jpeg
